“A very refreshing and realistic look into the world of Black women and hair” and “Absolutely unlike anything you’d expect “A MUST SEE” As quoted by popular hair blogger, Curly Nikki
Lisa, Theatre-Goer: GREAT play. It was a very refreshing & realistic look into the world of black women and our hair. My hope is more black men as well as other cultures go out to see the play, so that they can see the struggles we as black women go through with our hair. I think it would help them to be a little more empathetic to what we face in this world, when it comes to our hair!
Monica, Theatre-Goer: HAIR'ITAGE THE PLAY.....absolutely unlike anything you'd expect...Definitely a conversation starter riddled with poignant insights about Black woman and their hair. Crowning glory or badge of shame? Will we ever reach a unanimous decision? Go see this wonderfully written play by Niccole Gaines I doubt you'll leave feeling the same you did when you arrived....
Tonya, Theatre-Goer: As a African-American female in the Military, I'm hoping this will bring the MUCH needed attention and amendment of the new regulations that are forcing us to conform. Not to mention the play is a MUST SEE!!!
Yolanda, Theatre-Goer: HAIR'itage The Play,..On Tour This Summer!...ONCE AGAIN PUT ON A GREAT PERFORMANCE LAST NIGHT....A GREAT CROWD...THANK YOU Niccole Gaines FOR DOING A GREAT JOB ON THIS PLAY WRITING...IT WAS A PLEASURE TO BE THERE
Aleshia, Theatre-Goer: Happy that I got a chance to see it in Maryland!! Awesome storyline... It spoke to ME :)
Bahaati, Theatre-Goer: I saw this play in February and really enjoyed it. In each of the 6 characters, I saw my friends, my family and myself. WE need this conversation
Zandra, Theatre-Goer: I just came home after seeing the play Hairitage produced by Niccole Gaines!!! If you ever get the opportunity to see it,please do so. You wont regret it. Its about the journey that Sistahs go through with their hair. I've seen it twice and would go again if I'm able🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
